This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ApartmentCheck AI premium reports (€2.99 one-off) and the Pro subscription (€12.99 per month), sold by Angelos Papagiannis.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at info@apartmentcheck.com.cy and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
You can cancel the Pro subscription at any time from your account page or via Paddle’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
