1. The Service

ApartmentCheck AI analyses property information and documents you provide and produces an AI-assisted assessment: a score across categories, risk flags, price commentary, negotiation suggestions and buyer questions. Free accounts receive a limited assessment; paid one-off reports and the Pro subscription unlock the full report and comparison features.

2. Accuracy and no professional advice

Outputs are generated by AI models and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. The Service is not a survey, valuation, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for a purchase, rental or investment decision. You are responsible for verifying all outputs and for obtaining qualified professional advice (surveyor, lawyer, valuer) before committing to a transaction.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or abusive purposes;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted floor plans, photographs or documents you are not permitted to share;
• submit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or that generates deepfakes or misleading representations of real people or properties;
• attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or otherwise circumvent the Service’s safety, technical or usage limits;
• interfere with security: malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk extraction, or unauthorised access;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

5. Inputs, outputs and content rights

You retain ownership of the data and files you upload and you confirm you have the rights to submit them. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the reports generated for you for your own property decisions. You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for how you use outputs, and for verifying their accuracy.

Rights-holders who believe content processed through the Service infringes their rights may contact info@apartmentcheck.com.cy with details of the material and their rights; we will review and remove infringing content where appropriate. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

6. Content moderation

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, models, prompts, scoring methodology, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

8. Service level

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are shown in EUR. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. Please see Paddle’s Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. The Pro subscription renews monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your access ends; you may export your reports before termination, after which data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
